OBD-II data messages store the raw readings of the on-board diagnostics port of a vehicle (engine speed, vehicle speed, fuel level…), as parameter IDs (PIDs).
Moment the message refers to, in UTC. FIT stores it as seconds since the FIT epoch (December 31, 1989, 00:00:00 UTC); decoders usually expose it as a regular date.

Offset of each reading from the start timestamp.
pidByteParameter ID (PID) of the readings.
rawDataByte[]Raw data of the readings.
pidDataSizeUint8[]Size of each reading. When missing, refer to SAE J1979.
systemTimeUint32[]Device system time, in milliseconds, associated with each sample of the message.
startTimestampDateTimeMoment the described period or event started.
Millisecond part of startTimestamp.
mesgNumStringGlobal message number identifying the kind of message. Decoders use it to know which profile to apply to the data.
