Session message

A session message summarizes a period of a single sport within an activity. A run, a ride or a swim has exactly one session, while a triathlon has one per discipline (and transitions). It is where you find the totals and averages displayed at the end of an activity: duration, distance, speed, heart rate, power, cadence, elevation, calories, training effect and many more.
