MET zone message

MET zone messages define, for each heart rate zone, the calories burned per minute. Devices use them to estimate the energy expenditure from heart rate.

    Index of the message among the messages of the same kind in the file, starting at 0. Other messages use it to reference this one.

  • highBpmUint8

    Upper heart rate limit of the zone.

  • caloriesFloat64kcal / min

    Calories burned per minute in the zone.

  • fatCaloriesFloat64kcal / min

    Calories coming from fat burned per minute in the zone.

  • mesgNumString

    Global message number identifying the kind of message. Decoders use it to know which profile to apply to the data.
